Tips for a better online survey
Keep it short
Five to ten questions is enough for most surveys. Short surveys get more answers.
Use the Card style
Card shows one question at a time with a progress bar. People on phones find it quick and easy.
Ask one thing per question
Do not ask about price and service in the same question. Split them so the answers are clear.
Close the loop
Write a kind thank you message, or send people to a page on your website when they finish.

Are the online survey templates free?
Yes. You can use any online survey template on the free plan. Pro adds unlimited surveys and sending surveys by email.
What questions can a survey have?
You can add rating stars, a scale, NPS from 0 to 10, a matrix, single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, short text and long text.
How do I see the survey results?
Open the survey and go to analytics. Each question gets a chart, and you can export every answer to a CSV file.
Can I send a survey by email?
Yes, on Pro. Pick your contacts and send. You can even show the first question as buttons in the email, so one tap starts the survey.
Are survey answers anonymous?
Only if you want them to be. If you do not ask for a name or email, the answers do not show who sent them.
