How to report abuse

  • The full link to the form, survey, quiz or app.
  • What is wrong, in a few words.
  • A screenshot, if you have one.
  • If it came by email, the sender address and the date.

What we do not allow

Ansel Forms may not be used to ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details, to pretend to be another company, to send spam, or to share harmful or illegal content.

Never type a password into a form you do not trust. Ansel Forms will never ask you for one.

Abuse report questions

What counts as abuse?

Abuse is when a form, survey, quiz, app or email is used for phishing, scams, spam, malware, hate or anything that breaks the law or harms people.

Will the owner know I reported them?

No. We do not tell the owner who sent the report.

What happens after I report abuse?

We look at the content you reported. If it breaks our terms, we close the form or the account. We may write to you if we need more details.

Someone asked me for my password in a form. What should I do?

Do not type it. Ansel Forms never asks for your password, and form owners are not allowed to collect passwords. Report the form link to us here.
