The solution: one careers form
Anselerate added an online careers form made with Ansel Forms to the careers page. Every candidate answers the same questions in the same order.

The form asks every candidate for the same details the team needs. Because the answers line up, nobody is missed and nobody gets an unfair start.
Export to a table and compare
Every application goes into the Ansel Forms dashboard. The team exports the answers to a CSV file and opens it as a table. Now they can sort, filter and compare candidates in rows, and build a shortlist fast.
