Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

This page explains how Ansel Forms handles data and what we expect from users. We wrote it in plain words. Ansel Forms is run by Anselerate Web Services LLP, Bengaluru, India. We call ourselves “we” below.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data. We never have and we never will. We also show no ads and use no advertising trackers.

What we collect from you

• Your account email, for login and for service messages.
• Your name, phone number or address, only if you add them to your account.
• Security logs, such as IP addresses, to stop abuse.

What we collect for you

When a visitor sends one of your forms, we save the fields they typed and any files they attached. This data belongs to you. We store it so you can read it in your dashboard, export it and, on Premium, get it by email.

Visitor receipts and unsubscribe

On Premium, a form can send an auto reply to the visitor. Each reply has an unsubscribe link. We keep a one way hash of the email address, not the address itself, so we do not send more than one reply an hour to the same person.

Files

Uploaded files are stored in a private place that cannot be opened from the web. Only the form owner can download them after login.

Cookies

We only use session cookies that keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies.

Services we use

We use Cloudflare for security checks, delivery and email sending. We also use hosting and database providers to run the service. They process data only to provide the service to us.

How long we keep data

We keep submissions and files until you delete the submission, the form or your account. When you delete them, the files are deleted too.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data in your dashboard. To ask for help with your data, email support@anselforms.com.

Terms of Service

Using the service

By using Ansel Forms you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, your forms and the data you collect with them.

Your duties as a form owner

• Tell your visitors what you do with their data and follow the laws that apply to you.
• Do not use Ansel Forms to collect health records or other protected health information. Ansel Forms is not built for HIPAA.
• Do not collect card numbers, bank details or passwords.

Not allowed

Do not send spam, spread malware, break the law or attack other people or our servers. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Plans and limits

The free plan has limits on forms and monthly submissions. These limits are shown on our pricing section. Premium is bought and managed at console.ansel.cloud. Email alerts and auto replies are only on Premium. Premium payments are not refundable.

Service as is

We work hard for good uptime and strong security. The service is provided as is. We cannot promise that it will never have downtime or data loss. Keep your own backups of data you cannot lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update this page. We will change the date at the top when we do.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru decide any dispute.
